About the House

Designed by renowned beach house architect, Andy Neumann, this house exudes quality and warmth. It has wood floors, French doors opening out to the large deck facing the ocean, a great room with fireplace, and a spacious, newly remodeled kitchen with all the amenities for preparing and serving elegant meals.

The house is fully furnished and equipped with cable, high-speed internet, fax, and TV with DVR and DVD. It is a 4-bedroom, 3 ½ bath house.  Three of the bedrooms have lovely views of the ocean. The redwood deck has a patio set, BBQ, lounge chairs, and an outdoor shower. Beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella are available. A laundry area with a Maytag washer and dryer is located in the 2-car garage.
