Rental Rates:

The house is rented through Summer 2009.

• Includes utilities, soft water, gardener and on-site laundry.
• Weekly housecleaning service included summer months only.
• Minimum stay: one month/Maximum stay: September – July 15.
• Rates are subject to change.
• If vacancy allows, arrangements can be made for a 2-week rental during holidays.

  The winter period is ideal for families undergoing a remodel and need another home on a temporary basis.  The house has also been ideal for bi-coastal living and those working in this area for a specific time period, then returning home.

  Application, credit check, and references will be processed.
  Security deposit of $5,000 required.  No pets.  No smoking
